I make spam salad out of it...
just grind up some spam, add shredded pepperjack cheese, mayonaise, sweet relish, a pinch of salt, some fresh cracked black pepper, a couple dashes of hot sauce and a dab of sour cream. Mix it all up and throw between a couple slices of whole wheat bread...
