Very simple, I am directly off the Barham and 101. Barring traffic you can be downtown in 10-15 minutes. You can get almost anywhere from the valley to hear in 20 minutes minutes. The 405 is only 5-6 exits up. Hollywood is 5 minutes. Plus, I am directly off the exit, no driving on side streets.

It's an awesome location to be at in LA.
