Sounds like they got about $2500 out of the people that settled over the shitty Uwe Boll movies they sued over, if you can believe their press releases. This is the same company sending out these settlement letters, so I would imagine they will go for the same amount.

None of the cases have gone to court yet, they are just scaring people into paying at this point.

Also looks like they are only suing those in the US. At least those are the only ISPs mentioned in the cases so far. None of the ISPs in Canada would turn over information the last time the RIAA did this, except for Videotron in Quebec.
