First shop opened in December and they are open only in the evening. To date, they've sold over 30,000 cupcakes at $3.50 a cupcake, with no advertising other than Facebook and only open at night. As someone who's owned a restaurant here in town, they've hit on something.

Since they can't manage scaling up on their own, they will focus on production and I'm going to open a few little spots to sell the cupcakes. I'm excited, to say the least.
