If you like these... you should really look at the artist Jack Nichelson that does Japanese/Mech style sculptures... Some of the coolest shit I have evern seen -- he gives Joseph Cornell a run for the money... serious... Here's Cornell...

Here's Nichelson http://www.thebrogan.org/microtheatres/ but this little gallery doesn't do any justice to his work... 16 years of his work is on display here in Gainesville... all of it Japanese aesthetic inspired... most of the focus is on the robotification of the samurai warrior... the traditional versus the modern... robots, computers, machines, mechanization, etc... cool cool fucking shit... If you like anime and art and technology -- this artist will be near or at the top of your list.
