You are correct. The pictures for the "livecams" on the tour are static still pictures. Once the surfer becomes a member there are "livecams" for them to view. You are right it is possible that the girl in the picture on the tour for the "livecams" could of went offline when the member logs in. But that is the same with all livecam models and sites.
