This is not 'in addition', this is the premise they used to get a search warrant so they could flashbang a house, get into a fight with a grandmother, and then accidentally shoot 1 round into a childs head. A car and a moped 'matching descriptions'.

Sounds like pretty standard procedure to me. That is far more than coincidence.
