He never said he didnt purchase or consume porn, he said it shouldnt be available in Apple's app store. And not to mention Apple already provides (for free) a great app for getting all the free porn you want on your iphone/ipad. It's called Safari.
On a side note, as a parent I agree that there shouldnt be hardcore material in the app store.
