Ok since no one mentioned this yet here it goes. Pay attention
boy you might learn something. View source of the popup copy
the domain part of the url.
Click start select run, type regedit hit enter. press ctrl+f paste
the domain part you just copied. Hit enter when it stops at a folder delete that whole folder that has that key. Repeat till no
more is found. Close regedit, reboot.
In case that doesn't work and you run XP click start go to system
restore within the accessories tab, select a date on which you're
sure it wasn't on your computer. It will restore the backup of the
registry from that date thus removing the shit that's causing this
junk. Works also great if you have not a too sick virus.
