My View.
1.A trademark ususally exsists to protect a name with a service/product ,in the case of Ipad its for a electrical device not a tube
2.The domain I have is IP AD tube (ipadtube) a tube that shows ads based on ip location for its legal basis.
3.Godaddy have no problem with this domain as a premium domain for sale and are selling it as such. (they are strict on trademark issues).
