it's pretty easy to get renters you could get them same day, now renters you want is different story, that takes a month sometimes in prime season. If you use a broker no hassles, do it yourself then a tiny bit of work. Or I can handle it since I have rented this house and hsi other properties a ton of times I know them, so if you buy it and your from out of town I can take care of things for you cheap like I do for him, much cheaper than a broker
