They are retrying him for the same charge he received over two years ago. When he was in court for this last year the case was dropped due to a hung jury. It will be over shortly and there are no worries what so ever on this case!
As far as his plug in is concerned go buy it now! Help your retention!
This court case has nothing to do with the web side of the industry, it really does not deal with the video side much either. It has to deal with a video being sold in certain areas of the country that may find the content obscene. It?s impossible to deem what is obscene and what is not on a specific area of the country.
