another layer of protection doesn't hurt. the only issue with sandboxie is if you're using Win 64bit as stated on their website...

I use Comodo Internet Security, it have a built-in sandbox... I even sandboxed web browsers and it doesn't affect the browser/speed performance and supports Win64bit too...
