For some insane reason the teacher probably thought the pupils had a tiny bit of common sense and would take it as a lesson rather than subliminal instructions brainwashing them to go and shoot the president.
If the target had been a large Edam on a treestump would the class have all gone out on a cheese murdering spree? People are far too fucking sensitive about things that don't matter and the world is full of attention seekers that just want to get their face in the media saying that something is wrong.
