Exactly right.
Yes, the refs were bad last night. Worse for Orlando than Boston.
But Orlando had a better record, "more talent" and were playing at home.
Bad calls shouldn't have even mattered to them. The missed free throws shouldn't even have mattered to them. They should have won, easily.
Except that they weren't able to handle the Celtics' defense.
And it's a little late to wish that Howard had more impact offensively on the blocks. That's never been his game, and obviously he has no desire to work on it.

The Celts match up better against Orlando than probably anyone else in the playoffs - and they outplayed them
Almost everyone figured that the big three were done. It looked that way during the season.
The problem with that anaylsis: hardly anyone realized that the Celts aren't the big three anymore.
They're the big four.
