just got to quote this again, it's very badass.
my home gym is a set of adjustable dumb bells, push up bars and a pull up bar. lolol
it's working terrific for about 70 days now but i'll want to step up and get a bench as I get stronger. so i'll get one that can decline and incline and some more weights and go heavy dumb bells. i figure i can go another 3 months making gains simply from pushups, pullups, and dumbell squats/lunges as primary exercises.
