No offense but that won't work. Even if that could be possible, you can't stop amateur porn. Now everyone has a HD cam and lots of people use it to shoot sex and some of them are willingly putting it into the Net. How can you stop them if they DO NOT NEED MONEY FOR THEIR CONTENT? If the commercial porn will die, the free one will take its place (which is ALREADY happening).
Think about books for example. The most famous ones (e.g. War and Peace, Romeo and Juliet etc) were written not for money. The modern copyright system exists for only about 200 years or so. Do you really think that 200 years ago there was no poems, rhymes, music etc???
People won't stop shoot port if the they won't be paid for it. PERIOD.
