No they wouldn't make porn for free. People think people who make porn are all rich. Most of the swingers stuff you see besides being members of the site, like swappernet you cant right click on anything on the site. So thats for that closed community to get other people to fuck not giving away video for all to see.

The same law as NOW? In ALL countries? Many people make compose music, write books, sing the songs etc for fun, while they make the money for living elsewhere. I don't know about your country, but in Russia there are many of them.
