You do realize there are a lot of people from Mexico that are not brown skinned? The dark skinned Mexicans that you see in the States are a mix of Mexican and Indian. I have friends from Mexico City that have have natural blonde hair, blues eyes, and pale skin. They laugh when people call this law racist and all Mexicans dark. They said Mexico treats their illegals horrible.
