I obviously spend more money than I listed in this thread, I figured the point of the thread was to show your bare minimum... I'll answer the first question though, house is 100% paid off so no rent or mortgage
health insurance - live dangerously
electric/city water - listed
phone/DSL, satellite tv, cell phone - 1 cell phone which I barely use, have basic cable so I can have internet
alarm service - nope
gym - nope
car payment - paid in cash
car insurance - $160/yr here, didn't feel like mentioning
groceries - listed
nutritional supplements - lol that's pretty elective
contact lenses - got lasik this year
gasoline - not really a "living expense" imo...
house cleaner - clean my own place thanks
newspaper - lol?
some entertainment expenses - defeats the purpose of thread
plus one credit card payment - not an expense but rather a method of transferring money
I think people in this thread are confusing elective pleasure type expenditures with expenses... More people should think outside the box though and discover what they can live without
