The problem is, is that American citizens have a right to use this part of the system, but it does need to be monitored to weed out the free loaders and people who don't want to work, but on the other hand a person that is here illegally has no rights and should not get any benefits from our country or the taxpaying citizens.

So, yea, I am willing to help American citizens, but not illegal mooching pigs that have no respect for us as a nation or think they have rights in a country where they decide to squat.
