I can strongly recommend webair. I have a managed server with them. First time I needed them to do something was yesterday (recompile php). I submited a ticket, got reply 5 minutes later that they are on it and 20 minutes later it was done to perfection. No bullshit, job done to 100% perfection in 20 minutes.
