I see the suit is Civil I'm wondering of the DA will come after them next for Trafficking Child Porn...You'd have to be a total idiot to use nude pics that you don't have 2257 or model releases for especially when the girls look young. Nothing but asking for trouble.

Public domain and user submitted is not going to cut it!

I really don't get people. Just like the Owner of GGW that is always in trouble the guy has 80mil in the bank and does not pay the 20mil to the IRS he owes? Or Takes a risk shooting some girl that did not show and I.D. All of those problems can be avoided.
