our you saying a link placed on page currently with no PR within a high ranking site; will not have PR spreading to an internal page?
it would seem unlikely that your going to get 30 links on PR6-9 pages for $60.00. wouldn't you agree?
my only concern about the offer, is the method he is using to get a link on these sites, as I don't want to risk penalties to my sites.
