this is what i told him,
as this post says there are literally thousands of people offering to do "profile links"
if i wanted profile links i would have bought them and for a lot less than $60
but it clearly indicates and infers they are "pr6-pr9"
when they have no pr and never will have any pr.
they are completely worthless

There are some low quality websites where you can really get some links in a long term, but google does not index these profiles.
