Biggest reason for people to cancel = There are 100s of similar sites on the Web.

Yes updates help if they are fresh and different from what is already there. Too many sites churn out the same scene over and over again, be it new or already there. Even if you update once a day with exclusive all from different shooters, that's only 30 new scenes a month. Don't you think the buyer knows for his $30 he can buy a membership to a similar site and get access to a lot more?

Plus as the article points out 30 new exclusive scenes worth watching would bankrupt most sites.

The downturn of the industry has nothing to do with people leaving one site and joining another. That's called a moving market and when one person leaves to buy elsewhere another joins who left another site. The downturn is people stop buying altogether because we fail to meet their needs.

Nice article except it makes conclusions that don't fit most sites.
