I agree. It used to be that we had to consider the other person's situation before meeting up or calling... are they free? Are they wrapped up in something important? Are they even around? Are they having a fucked up day? Now, we can fire off an email or text and reach people just about anywhere, or simply wait for a response. Because of that, we can hold multiple conversations on a constant basis and not really get involved. It doesn't matter what they're doing or going through, they'll get back to [us] when they have time. This board is a prime example.
