and folks trolling me about not being vegetarian nomore, drop it. I went 5 years without meat, i shriveled up, was weak everyday etc... I live down south and do more outdoor living then most of you do in a lifetime i do in one summer, I spend eery day in the sun and simply found the veg diet was not enough to fuel this manly engine. Veg is okay if you sitting in a office and do nothing, but it personally affected me health wise and I have started eating meat again. Yes I talked about going veg on gfy, as I do lots of things I do, but that doesnt mean one cannot make a change in thier life. My wife and I both started t have reactions to soy products and my wife had to go to doctor regarding this. Do not troll her about medical stuff please....Our health is nothing to play with so we dropped the vetg diet, if you must troll me, please find something else. My wife is allergic to soy (we found this out after years of having reactiopns) and we both lost tons of weight and it did not seem healthy to continue it. had to take her to specialists to find out what was wrong.

As I said, please find something else to troll us about other than medical decisions.
so you peel and eat the tails ? I had it once wasnt really too fond of it, was'nt really sure what part of it to eat
