I think that her point was all negative behavior cannot be blamed on secondary sources. The parents need to take responsibility instead of shifting the blame on McDonald's.

As an adult, I absolutely notice the difference in my mood and the way I feel based on the things I consume. I have absolutely no doubt that children are impacted the same way, if not more.

However, banning McDonald's does not fix the issue. If said parent allows their child to get "drugged" on McDonald's food, McDonald's gets banned, said parent will simply take the child somewhere else to get "drugged".

We need things in moderation. I try not to eat fast food more than once every two weeks, and that's at the most. Some people, including kids, eat fast food everyday. Banning fast food does not fix that underlying issue of eating processed crap.
