If you're getting it delivered the company that picks it up will do a vehicle damage inspection, but it's a little late in the game at that point. Maybe find a shop near the seller, call the shop and pay for an inspection and have the seller take it in one last time.
The key to that is you find the shop and you arrange payment, this way it's not like just some buddy of the seller who's going to magically OK everything.
