I host with LONEX and they are on LW bandwidth and I get my email full of those internet seer alerts and recoveries .... and many times when I go to my sites, it actually get to them only 60% of the time.

that must be an issue with lonex not buying enough bandwidth or something because my sites with like whoa are always up.
