It would be great but it would have to be agreed on by all the states or would have to come down on a Federal level.
Some states were considering this but then if all the states didn't then their own representatives would never be chairing a committee cause you have to be a "Sr." member of the House.
Would be nice to get rid of some of these career representatives out of touch with the people. It starts to look like the House of Lords....no offense to the Brits.
