I grew up in Ancala in Northeast Scottsdale so I've lived in one of the nicest parts of the city. Didn't see a damn bit of racism up there, The 3 black people I went to high school with were SUPER popular, though one of them's mom was in Sister Sledge.
*edit* I'd comment on the popularity of the mexican students but I don't think my school had any
