Not too thrilled with the idea of having so much information tracked and compiled by Google, along with the security concerns of allowing business and personal data to be stored outside of my own computers. The HTC Sync software that comes with the Evo will let one sync contacts & calendar from Outlook or Outlook Express directly with the Evo through the USB charging cable. And the Evo can handle POP/IMAP email for those of us who use our own domain emails. So one is not necessarilly forced to use gmail as a main email account.
