Hah! They say that about texas, New York, and every other place ive heard ;) Ive driven back and forth across the US multiple times, the same can be said about cops everywhere
in my experience NOPD are fairly laid back, new orleans is the big easy, even the cops are more chill than places like Los Angeles, ive dealt with them all over .
