No they don't...
What you mean to say is if a club is CAUGHT by the authorities serving under-age patrons then there are all kinds of problems for them. It's the same here in the U.S.
They can lose their liquor license and get shut down.
But just like everything in life...people are going to do what they want to do irregardless of what the stupid govt. tries to tell them.
The govt. says I can't get high if I want to.
In some states, if I fuck my wife in the ass it's against the law.
It's illegal to drive without your seatbelt on here.
Matter of fact, they seem to have a law against just about any damn thing you can think of. (especially if it's fun to do)
Do people "obey" the almighty govt.? Hell no. Never have and never will. Matter of fact, I'm about to go get my badge at The Hard Rock for the XBiz show. The speed limit is 65, but I'm gonna do 70!
