Thats right, Robbie is not in the UK or first, he would have a field day as the age of consent is 16
But most importantly, the pub laws & drinking laws that you commented about from my post probably stands in most countries. Underage drinking can give the house a heavy fine or even closure. With this, I would be amazed that there would be many under age drinking in public houses in the US either.
