Well, you have to realize that if a girl LOOKS of age. AND she has a drivers license that says she's of age...then for all intents and purposes she IS of age.
A doorman at a club can't cut her in half like a tree and count the rings to determine her true age. lol
That being said...most clubs do watch very carefully and try to catch any obvious fake id's.
But back 20-30 years ago, it was a lot easier to produce a very authentic looking drivers license. Obviously with high tech, it's a lot harder to do today.
Which of course just means that young adults in the U.S. ages 18 to 20 are stunted in all their social skills because they are treated like children and not allowed to go to nightclubs. Instead they go to "parties" and get far more wasted than they would be allowed to at a nightclub. And end up getting killed on the highway. OR, they take "roadtrips" down to Mexico or to the island countries in the Caribbean and sometimes end up raped or killed.
