Doesn't really matter. Killing is killing. Putting a label or psuedo-reason on it doesn't make them extra dead. But generally, killing "in the name of God" is only subscribed to by the lower minions. No true leader is dumb enough to actually buy into their own bullshit. That's the stuff you feed 'the people' so they work
for you.
