I highly doubt its any different than Stud 100, which works perfectly as I have tested it. All these sprays have the same base - Lidocaine or Benzocaine, its not a miracle

The only difference is that doctor recommendation, which raises the price by $30 Urologists in my country would just told you to buy Stud 100 or similiar.
