I was very puzzled when Jeanna said Matt "didn't need the money" I don't think I was the only one saying WTF? Who doesn't need a million dollars? Is Matt rich?
I never saw anything in the show where Matt talked about how much money he had, and apparantly it was the deciding factor.
Matt was in People magazine last year... BEFORE Survivor as one of the top 50 eligiable bachelors. It looks like he spent most of his life travelling the world and his job description in his profile reads "restaurant designer" for a global chain.
Restaurant designer? WTF kind of job is that? Smells like he's daddy's little rich boy.
The producers of CBS need a kick in the head putting a wealthy guy in with a bunch of middle class income people for the show and then HIDING THE FACT THAT HE'S WEALTHY FROM THE VIEWERS. It was amazing that Jeff Probst somehow managed to look surprised when the votes were tallied.
What a fuckin piece of shit show.
