Okay, whew! I finally stopped laughing from TheDoc's comment.... man, that was a knee-slapper.
TheDoc, I really don't need protection from 14 year-old boys that aren't even in the U.S.
If a Mexican authority had shot & killed a boy on our side of the border, you would probably be the first one declaring war and shouting that we should invade. Somehow I don't see your sentiments going the other way...
"Oh well, you know... the Mexican authorities are "protecting" their public. the kid shouldn't have been there."
