2 of the last 2 presidents
3 of the last 4 presidents
4 of the last 7 presidents
In modern American history, two terms are actually more common than they have ever been in, for example, the first 200 years of the United States. Prior to F.D.R., it was perhaps a bit less common, but it certainly has happened throughout our history.
