I say post your business site URL and we can point out 25 reasons why your serps fell.

Unless you have proof that this individual uploaded virus/malware to your box and served it up to surfers, I don't see how your serps could be effected. And if this was the reason, there will be a entry on GoogleSAFEURL and a warning to easily show it is in fact the case.
