Hardlink exchange!
Hi,
I would like to do Hardlink exchange but with a couple of conditions.
1. Based only on niches "teen" and "pregnant"
2. Must have less the 100 links per page ( no spamy, bad neighborhood... that is the reason for second condition)
3. Only PR1 and higher
