While I do not like getting emails multiple times a week from Paul at times, it is amazing so many can't simply contact him directly, block his email, or simply hit delete and be done with it. He's around all the time.

A simple look at the full headers of his email and then reporting him to the ISP/host he undoubtedly doesn't have permission to to do bulk email from should do the trick. Especially if the ISP/host receives *several* complaints (hint hint).

..... frankly I think it's overkill.
While Paul may not be following the CANNED SPAM ACT to the letter. He simply needs to modify his newsletters accordingly and be done with it. They obviously must have 'opted in' at some point, but he needs to either find a newsletter provider that has an unsubscribe option at the bottom. Or he needs to add it in manually. Either way, it is a simple fix.
