All this talk of 4g, is everyone over looking the HSPDA network upgrades that have already been implemented to all of AT&Ts cell towers? AT&T "expects a fill roll out by the end of this year".

Maybe not as fast as 4g, but damn close. Much faster than typical 3g speeds.
