I've been getting Paul's "newsletters" for years. I've asked to be removed and have set up filters to block them. Either hotmail and gmail suck at remembering the filters I've set up, or Paul changes things in order to ensure those who do not want to receive his emails continue to receive them anyway. Since gmail filters work with other spam, I'm of the opinion the latter is the case with Paul.
