What does the "verdict" of a bunch of law and economics professors have to do with the science?
Economics professors brought us the last 20 years of bubbles and crashes, and never successfully predicted a thing except how to spew media bullshit to put money in their own pockets.
And lawyers say what they are paid to say.
Read the science itself, and learn enough about it to understand what the scientific method is modeling.
Of course there is disagreement. Disagreement is how the scientific method works.
It's not voodoo and asskissing and moneychasing like economics and law.
