Losing fat is actually very easy if you are already obese.

I used to weigh 190 pounds, now I am down to 150 pounds.

There's no secret, you just need to reduce your calorie intake and increase your calorie expenditure.

You will hit a point where you would need to excercise to lose further weight. I'm still in this stage, not completely satisfied.
